LAC SERGENT — The Sûreté du Québec and the missing’s family are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 40 year old Samuel Allard out of the Lac Sergent, Quebec area.
Samuel was last seen on September 22nd, 2019 at approximately 7:30PM along Highway 367, which is commonly known as the Mainline Road.
He was walking beside his bike, a Black Diamond BMX brand whose front wheel is white.
His relatives have reason to fear for his health and safety.
The last time he was seen, he was wearing a navy dry-fit ACX, a dark gray short-sleeved shirt, a gray hooded zipper jacket and blue adidas shoes with red markings on the heel. He could be wearing a blue hat and may be carrying a black backpack.
Anyone who sees Samuel is being asked to please contact police.
Samuel is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• AGE IN 2019: 40.
• HAIR: Brown, graying, has a beard
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 ft 3.
• WEIGHT: 145 pounds.
